The staff were like family! ! Especially Cesar at the restaurant, made us feel at home with genuine warmth and charm. The breakfast buffet was pure heaven, with options that made waking up worthwhile every morning!

Incredible staff and beautiful location
I spent 3 nights in a King Room with City View and was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond. The location in Recoleta is amazing, allowing for leisurely strolls through charming streets filled with shops and cafes. However, the hotel could benefit from updating some of its aging facilities to match the premium experience expected.
